Set up an equilateral triangle using three cones. Each side should be roughly three to five yards long. There should be enough triangles for one between two players.
Players are split into pairs and stand on two different sides of the triangle (or ‘race track’).
The game is initially played as a tag game. Players perform ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’ with the loser starting the game as the tagger.
On the coach’s signal, players can move in either direction around the outside of the triangle, with the tagger aiming to tag their partner.
Once the tagger has tagged their partner the roles are reversed.
Play continues for a set amount of time, with the non-tagger winning the race when the coach says stop.
The player with the ball must dribble around the race track and protect their ball from their partner. Their partner must try and win the ball and then protect the ball themselves.
Play continues for a set amount of time, with the player with the ball winning the race when the coach says stop.
